Since we’ve opened, we’ve been dedicated to changing the lives of people one person at a time, through martial arts, education and coaching. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all students and family members. We take pride in creating an environment for individuals to achieve, develop and succeed in their personal goals.
We strongly believe that martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience levels. Throughout all of our programs, students will not only learn the necessary skill sets to protect themselves, we stand behind our realistic and practical approach, confident it will enable every member to achieve greatness and live their best life..
Get To Know Our World Class Instructors
Tim Scott
Tim Scott is a 5th-degree black belt and has been training in Martial arts for over 30 years. He has a passion to create leaders in our community that will use martial arts to reach their potential. Tim is a certified National speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell and Dave Ramsey teams and loves to help entrepreneurs take their businesses and their lives to the next level. Along with being a Master in Taekwondo Tim holds belts in Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga.
Heather Scott
Heather Scott is a 20 year practitioner of martial arts and a registered nurse. She loves helping families become closer through martial arts and leadership training. Along with being a 4th degree Master is Taekwondo she also holds belts in Jiu Jitsu and certificates in Krav Maga.
Nathan Paladino
Mr. Nathan is a dynamic and charismatic instructor. He is a 1st degree Black Belt and has been doing martial arts for over 5 years. He is extremely talented in Instructing, competition and Demonstration Team.
Elissa Fertitta-Schell
Ms. Elissa is an intricate part of the Excel Team. She is our Program Director and Office administrator. She is a 2nd Degree Black Belt who is talented with traditional martial arts and connecting with people. Her and her family have been involved with Excel Taekwondo for over 9 years and are thriving.
